Pleated Filter Bag is now widely used in the field of dust collection system. This spun bonded media are pleated in different pleated depths & heights to accommodate desired filtration area. Pleating Systems offers surface filtration, due to which pleated bags offer very high throughput & lower pressure drop across the filter compared to any conventional tube type filter bags.Pleated configuration offers almost 3 – 4 times higher filtration area compared to conventional bags.

It’s reducing downtime & maintenance cost and also easy to install cum remove.We offer leak proof design with fitting top and bottom in natural rubber, PU or metal caps.Cages are an integral part of filter bags so no cages required.
